Policies & Shipping
All of our handmade items are OOAK (one of a kind) and MTO (made to order) unless otherwise stated. Due to this, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If a return is accepted, all items must have the original packaging (freebies included), and you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping will not be refunded. You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label and you have 7 days to return your item. Once your item(s) are received, inspected, and approved, you will receive your refund (less both shipping fees and restocking fee) within 3-5 business days via your payment method.
Current TAT (turn-around time) is 7-21 business days for tees; 30-45 business days for handmade items. (This does not include the shipping time.) Holidays and weekends DO NOT count as business days.
All items 15 ounces and under are shipped First Class, unless you upgrade to Priority. Once your label is printed you will receive your tracking number and your package will be in the hands of the post office. Once it leaves S+S, we are not responsible for any lost packages by USPS. Priority mail includes insurance so if you'd prefer a "guarantee", please opt for that shipping protection.
